Location:
Remote in the comfort of your own house. You will however be
working in USA (CST) hours


Role Overview:
Join our dynamic video editing agency as an Appointment Setter
and play a crucial role in driving business growth. As a Lead Generation Specialist,
you will be responsible for lead generation, relationship building, lead
qualification, and appointment scheduling. This position offers a competitive
salary base along with commission incentives and provides a clear path to an
Inbound Sales Closer Role.


Key Responsibilities:


Proactive Lead Outreach:

  • Reach out to diverse leads through various channels (including
LinkedIn, Instantly, Instagram, etc.) to generate interest in our video
editing services.

  • Initiate conversations, build rapport, and create a positive first
impression with leads that have come in through our clients channels,
has in place.

Qualification and Scheduling:

  • Conduct qualification calls with potential clients to understand their
needs and preferences.

  • Schedule product demos and confirm appointments with qualified
leads.

Effective Lead Management:

  • Utilize our CRM system (our client uses Go High Level CRM) to track leads,
manage interactions, and maintain accurate records.

  • Follow provided scripts and training materials for consistent
communication.


Expectations:


  • Work Hours:
  • Dedicate 8 hours daily primarily online, engaging with leads via
platforms like Zoom.

  • Work hours: 8 am to 5 pm CST (SAST 4 pm 1 am), with a 1hour
lunch/dinner break.

  • High Activity Levels:
  • Maintain a proactive approach by targeting at least 100 leads daily.
  • Respond to inbound leads within 5 minutes of inquiry.
  • Appointment Booking:
  • Book a minimum of 3 calls per day or 15 calls per week.
  • Participate in weekly team calls to discuss progress and strategies.
  • Compensation:
  • Base salary: $800$1,200 (In line with proven experience and
performance). There will be a minimum of a 3-month probation

period.

  • Commission: 3% for every closed deal.

Minimum Requirements:


  • Experience:
  • 3+ years in a lead generation role within a digital marketing agency.
  • Familiarity with lead qualification and generation processes.
  • Education:
  • Grade 12 (or equivalent).
  • Marketing Degree/Diploma or Business Diploma preferred.
  • Technical Requirements:
  • Stable fiber connection with a minimum speed requirement of
50mbps/50mbps.

  • Access to a computer with an HD webcam + a minimum of a 4hour
back up power supply to cater for extended load shedding slots.

  • Good quality headphones.
