Key responsibilities:

Compiling initial work pack (dirty finger copy) once Estimate is approved by the customer.
Providing the client with continuous feedback. Ensure single source engagement with the client.
Identify critical tasks and provide all necessary technical data required to complete the work scope, ADs, and SBs etc.
Liaising with the Maintenance Supervisors on any discrepancies or delays.
Compiling, issuing, and ensuring control of Task Cards, warranty claims, parts, tooling on ongoing customer requests.
Coordinating additional customer ordered work, defects, data, correspondence, reports, customer requests and updates while keeping Maintenance Supervisors / Lead Engineers informed.
Transposing maintenance requirements into work tasks while maintaining awareness that he/she holds no authority to deviate from the maintenance data.
Daily work pack management ensuring task completion and correct signoffs are documented.
Considering human performance, Critical Maintenance Tasks, Independent Inspections or tasks otherwise critical to aircraft operations.
Reviewing airworthiness data as required for applicability to products maintained.
Ensuring proper completion of Work Orders prior to closing and issuance of a CRS.
Ensuring the customer is supplied with details and agreed data entries to update aircraft, engine, APU logbooks, and computerized records as agreed.
Ensuring the proper management of 3rd parties contracted to perform work.
Contributing to the daily briefing by providing perspective on new areas of concern, parts delays etc.
Assist with ad hoc duties as assigned by the relevant manager.

Aircraft Technical Documentation requirements as described in SACAA CATS and CARS
Company MOE
Company operating management system
Computerized maintenance program (CAMP)
Local, regional and international regulatory requirements
Company operating management system
ERP system knowledge
