    Business Process Analyst

    We are seeking a skilled and experienced business process analyst to be an integral part of the Business Process and Improvements portfolio at Aculocity. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

    The mission for this role is to facilitate informed decision-making, drive process improvements, and optimize processes that are simple, smart, cost-effective, repeatable and reliable.

    Responsibilities:

    • Maintain efficient processes and ensure close conformance between processes and system features.
    • Analyze current operational setup and suggest process-related improvements to increase productivity.
    • Identify business capability and IT service gaps and contribute to improvement efforts.
    • Oversee gathering, analysis, documentation, and validation of business requirements for projects and initiatives.
    • Develop deep knowledge of the business and build relationships with business and IT leaders.
    • Act as a technology advisor to the business and champion for identifying, leading and driving information technology transformation.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or consulting sector.
    • Minimum 3 years experience in process improvement and facilitating business initiatives.
    • A track record of creating technology solutions to solve business problems.

    Attributes:

    • Strong collaboration, teamwork, and relationship building skills.
    • Ability to listen, build rapport, and credibility as a strategic partner.
    • A strategic thinker focused on business value results.

    Estimated salary: R850,000 - R1,050,000 per annum.
