• Accurately match paint colors to ensure seamless blending and consistency for automotive refinishing projects.
• Utilize computerized color matching systems and various tools to analyze and replicate color formulas.
• Prepare and mix paint according to customer specifications and manufacturers' guidelines.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to understand their requirements and provide expert advice on color options and finishes.
• Conduct quality control checks to verify the accuracy and consistency of color matches.
• Maintain an organized inventory of paints, pigments, and color charts to facilitate efficient color matching processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and technological advancements in automotive paint matching.

• Previous experience as a paint matcher or in a similar role within the automotive industry is preferred.
• Strong understanding of color theory, paint mixing techniques, and automotive refinishing processes.
• Proficient in using computerized color matching systems and related software.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to discern subtle differences in color shades.
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams effectively.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices related to handling paints, chemicals, and equipment.
