Purpose of Position:
- To generate accurate reports received from the relevant Pathologist in the Histology laboratory using the Meditech system.
Requirements: - Grade 12, Secretarial certificate or diploma
Required Experience: - Dictaphone typing experience, Knowledge: Meditech system
Key Responsibilities: - Capture data on Meditech in order to ensure accurate and effective capturing of patient details,
- Edit service request forms in order to ensure the correction of inaccurate patient details,
- Maintain good client relations to promote the image of Ampath,
- Perform general tasks in order to ensure effective administration systems in the laboratory
