- Manage and train demi-chef de partie and commis ;
- Prepare menus in collaboration with the cooking team ;
- Optimize the cooking process ;
- Coordinate daily tasks with the Sous Chef ;
- Ensure that all stocks are kept under optimum conditions ;
- Ensure hygiene and safety standards are met.
