Customer Service Advisor - USA Campaign

Our client is looking for inbound call centre agents to provide telephonic customer services to their USA clientele.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Operations: Ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain indepth knowledge of customer needs
  • Promote and maintain a positive, professional image of EXL.


  • Issue Resolution

  • Investigate and resolve customer issues
  • Strong ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision, both written and verbal
  • Ensure service and quality in line with current KPI's
  • Able to Adapt well in a highpressured environment
  • Communication style to meet customers' needs and understanding

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum Grade 12/Matric
  • Computer skills, including MS Word, Outlook, Share Point, etc
Work Experience Requirements: 0 - 2 years of experience call centre, retail or online teaching

  • Must be available to work 9hour rotational shifts between 3pm 3am, Monday to Saturday and public holidays in line with client requirement.
  • Have a good understanding of USA customers

Remuneration:

  • Basic salary
  • R5500 + medical aid contribution (R764)
  • Transport provided + shift allowance
  • Incentives based on your KPIs
