OBJECTIVES:


Smadex is our Mobile Growth Platform that powers performance, direct response, and brand advertising campaigns across in-app, mobile web, audio, and CTV.

With transparency and contextual targeting at its core, customers can rely on Smadex as a trusted partner to run privacy-centric advertising campaigns with optimized creative strategies to deliver performance.


  • As a Smadex Client Success Manager, you will be in a clientfacing role responsible for ensuring the best possible service delivery of campaigns.
  • Work closely with agencies and brands to address their needs and resolve client requests daily.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the activity within the agency dashboard and use your technical knowledge and platform experience to monitor campaign performance according to clients' KPIs.
  • Provide support to clients based on industry best practices for media buying.
  • Client Success Managers are client facing and will deal daily and closely with agencies and brands to ensure the best possible service delivery of campaigns, as well as the resolve of client requests.
  • The CSM will have full overview and insight into the activity within the agency dashboard and with their

technical knowledge and platform experience, be able to monitor performance according to clients' KPIs and provide support based on best practices for media buying.


II. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and grow postsale client relationships with advertisers of all sizes.
  • Work as strong support with the agencies to facilitate smooth implementation of advertising campaigns.
  • Assist with strategies to grow client media spend on the platform, identify needs and measure progress.
  • Proactively lead product update discussions, educate brands and agencies on new and existing
products, and advise on best practices to drive optimal performance and ground-breaking campaigns.

  • Oversee campaign delivery, funding sources, revenue and identifying upsell opportunities with the
sales team.

  • Manage campaign bookings; from order generation to implementation.
  • Work on the Smadex platform and become proficient at branding and performance campaigns.
  • Assist clients with creative thinking and executing of advertising solutions.
  • Proficient in campaign management, setting up and optimization. Analyze campaign performance data
to offer clients data-driven business insights and at the same time, use those insights to improve our advertising offering.

  • Manage and monitor campaigns for Key Clients (Mobile Apps) on a regular basis, striving to
consistently refine tactics and produce exceptional results for our CPI and CPA campaigns.

  • Test and filter out the best sources to work for a successful media buying experience whilst reaching
the client's KPIs.

  • Detect growth opportunities and arbitrage to improve performance for each client and across portfolios.
  • Provide regular reports to Managers regarding performance, compliance, and growth suggestions.
  • Manage the African team performance and job satisfaction.
  • Oversee the campaigns ́ success in the African region.

PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:


  • Accomplish the client's expectations related to the campaign performance.
  • Maintain team satisfaction and motivation while acting as the main Ad Operations support in Africa for
Smadex.

  • Reach the internal team revenue goals.

IV.


PERSONAL SKILLS, ATTRIBUTES & QUALIFICATIONS:


  • 3+ years of experience in account/campaign management and client services role in a digital marketing agency or media business
  • You must have worked on and be highly skilled on platforms like Google Analytics, DV360, FB Business Manager, Twitter for Business, etc.
  • Experience in working with Excel and Data Analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Collaborative and Teamworkcentric
  • Proactive attitude with excellent organizational and analytical
