SEEKING A HIGHLY MOTIVATED AND EFFICIENT OPERATIONS MANAGER FOR GROWING BEAUTY, GROOMING SALON BRAND


We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and highly motivated Operations Manager, who has strong leadership and management skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

As Operations Manager, you will be working closely with cross-functional teams.

You will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day smooth operation of stores, streamlining of processes, whilst utilizing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Identify guest problems and complaints and create effective resolution plans
  • Evaluate employees through performance reviews
  • Aid in the training of new employees
  • Ensure the machinery and equipment in all stores are in perfect working order
  • Maintain inventory and the cost of all supplies monthly
  • Ensure thorough and stringent cleaning and immaculate organization of stores and stock
  • Maintain impeccable employee and company records
  • Interview prospective employees and work on hiring, dismissing, and disciplinary action policies
  • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly status reports inclusive of sales, employee, stock, and guest reviews
  • Support, enforce, and promote the brand's policies as set in the employee handbook and procedures manual
  • Create, update and maintain operational sheets
  • Support store managers in enforcing brands' procedures and protocols
  • Keep the brand's high quality and international standards ahead of the local industry
  • Create a strong "team and family" environment amongst staff to enforce and promote a gratuitous culture
  • Maintain relationships with service providers
  • Work with teams to ensure service delivery by all employees
  • Maintain all company standards and legal requirements
  • Attend training courses/meetings as required
  • Market, promote, and generate business via outreach and instore marketing programs
  • Create an environment in which people of diverse backgrounds are motivated to achieve common goals at their highest level of performance
