    Description

    Minimum Requirements:

    • A Degree or Diploma in Marketing Management (3 years)
    • Valid Code EB drivers license
    • 5 to 8 years relevant experience in an FMCG environment

    Responsibilities:

    • Brand Management
    • Participate in the formulation of the marketing strategy.
    • Oversee a portfolio of categories /brands that are more highly valued by the business.
    • Formulate the brand targets in consultation with the Marketing Executive and ensure alignment with the national targets.
    • New Product Development and Marketing Research
    • Lead projects with cross functional teams and external service providers
    • Conduct relevant analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses in the brand portfolio/strategy
    • Information Analysis, Management and Reporting
    • Provide detailed and precise reports to illustrate trends, predictions and relevant strategies.
    • Provide forecasting input with the customer team into S&OP forecasts.
    • Financial Management
    • Formulate and manage brand marketing budgets monthly to meet annual targets.
    • Formulate and implement approved budgets.
