- Manage client inquiries via Live Chat, email, and contact forms 24/7
- Provide empathetic and efficient issue resolution with swift escalation procedures
- Proactively engage clients and agents to foster stronger relationships and gather feedback
- Support clients in the absence of Customer Success Managers
- Minimum 3 years of customer service or administrative experience (B2B environment preferred)
- 1-2 years of Virtual Assistant experience is required
- Strong background in Customer Service is essential
- Subject Matter Expertise in Customer/Client Support
- Experience with eCommerce tools/software like LiveChat, Gorgias, Shopify, Zendesk, Re:Amaze, Freshdesk (preferred)
- $5 USD per hour while working from home
