Key Performance Area:
- Sending out quotations
- Answering busy switchboard
- Assisting walk in customers
- Build and grow customer relationships to ensure excellent customer experience
- Filing paperwork such as interstore invoices, wholesale invoices and goods return notes
- Making sure correct stock is held and calling other branches if needed
- Capturing data onto internal system
- Assisting the sales team to improve their productivity
- Accountable for customer engagement
- Strong written and oral communication
- Sound planning and organizational abilities
- Proactive with the ability to selfmanage and work autonomously in a fastpaced and changing environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with different deadlines
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Valid license
- Accurate and detailed orientated.
- Have exceptional Excel and Analytical skills.
- Good time management and a fast learner who takes initiative.
