    Description

    Job Title: Administration Officer II

    We are seeking a skilled Administration Officer II to join our team at Unitrans. This role involves performing various clerical duties, including data compilation, document processing, and record maintenance.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Perform daily POD's and ensure they are accurate and complete
    • Create and issue Purchase Orders (PO's)
    • Collect and manage trip sheets, ensuring all necessary information is recorded
    • Liaise with clients to confirm completed POD's
    • Record and maintain accurate schedules and registers
    • Filing, copying, faxing, and reception/telephones tasks
    • Data capture for daily and weekly KPI reports
    • Compile weekly input for wages processing
    • Monitor and administer staff leave
    • Update and maintain records
    • Assist staff with queries and provide excellent customer service
    • Liaise with suppliers and follow up on outstanding invoices
    • Distribute NBC leave balances to Supervisors on a weekly basis
    • Oversee ERS system and monthly submission
    • Assist with administrative activities related to inventory management and stock takes

    Requirements:

    • Grade 12 / Matric / NQF level 4 or Advanced Certificate / NQF level 5 qualification
    • Up to 3 years of experience in a similar role

    This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
