• Extensive stock control, process adherence and warehousing skills & experience
• Warehousing and Inventory Management qualification
• QMS, SHE and Continual Improvement Processes and Risk Management skills and experience
• Project Management qualifications/capabilities
• Sales & Presentation skills
• Super user in Excel
• Own vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Warehouse management and or Vehicle Tracking systems experience
  • VTS – C-Track; Odics; Route Sam

DUTIES:

Operations:

• Meeting of all customer SLAs
• Retain and grow business in Automotive

Client Relationships:

• Client interaction and issue resolution to ensure client satisfaction

Commercial / Financial:

• Monthly invoicing and on time payment by client
• Responsible for GL and Accounting queries

Operational Performance:

• Managing daily operational performance
• Delivering on client and internal CIP requirements and driving lean culture

People Management:

• Resolution of all IR issues in conjunction with HRM
• Coaching and mentoring of team to achieve client objectives

Client Expectations:

• Monthly KPI dashboard consolidation and reporting, root cause analysis and corrective action implementation and tracking
