- Ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced business environment.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changes and work well under pressure.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or business process outsourcing role.
- Experience handling claims and resolving customer issues is preferred.
- Salary Range: R 5,000 - R 6,500 per month.
