Logistics Coordinator Role

Our client, a thriving logistics firm, is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator with a background in bulk/loose logistics to drive exceptional client service and support efficient logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate daily with our client's existing customers to understand their needs and ensure seamless service delivery.
Coordinate daily loads for specific customers, working with our client's office team and sourcing external trucks when needed beyond their fleet.
Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient logistics operations.

Requirements:

Proven experience in bulk/loose logistics is essential.
Excellent communication and organisational skills are required.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and build strong customer relationships is necessary.
Knowledge of sourcing transport solutions is a plus.

Nice to Have:

The ability to bring in additional customers is a bonus and could enhance your earning potential through our client's commission structure.
