    Cyber Security Software Sales Specialist

    We are seeking a seasoned Cyber Security software sales professional to join our team. This individual will possess a deep understanding of enterprise Cyber Security solution sales, the sales process, and excel at generating leads through direct relations with clients or other stakeholders in iOCO, building strong relationships, and closing deals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our Business Unit Cyber Security offerings
    • Maximize sales performance by establishing strong relationships and gaining insight into client needs
    • Work closely with other areas/key stakeholders of the organisation
    • Consistently meet sales and activity quotas and targets
    • Generate leads and commit to customer service by building relationships
    • Adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field
    • Perform incisive and insightful market and competitive research in the specialized area
    • Understand competitive solutions

    Sales Objectives:

    • Grow existing relationships and maintain accurate, detailed client records
    • Hunt new business and perform warm outreach using innovative sales tactics
    • Work with sales individuals to design industry-specific outbound sales strategies
    • Utilize CRM effectively to ensure standard processes during all sales stages
    • Conduct monthly and yearly close processes and provide required reporting
    • Responsible for proactive hunting of new business and growth across all internal channels and with clients
    • Presentation and demonstration of Enterprise Application Management (EAM) Business cyber security solutions and value proposition
    • Assist with and drive relevant leads and/or prospects to closure
    • Assist and drive EAM Business Unit specific tenders for Security solutions
    • Collaborate with Key account managers and Strategic account managers on EAM Business Unit specific sales actions
    • Realize revenue and margin targets and maximize sales opportunities through connecting client needs with our offerings and solutions
    • Influence and work closely with selected stakeholders/clients
    • Use sales tools and methodology to effectively manage territory, accounts, opportunities, pipelines, and forecast
    • Develop open and effective channels of communication with all stakeholders

    Requirements:

    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, telephone, and organizational skills
    • Experience working with CRM platforms
    • Proven track record of closing Corporate and enterprise level deals
    • Ability to analyze business opportunities and read situations well
    • Sales business acumen and organizational outcome mindset

    Sales Solution Skills:

    • Knowledge of cyber security solutions or related areas and use cases within our Business Unit offerings, client applications, and market trends
    • Expertise in applying this knowledge to individual client and prospect situations that positions the sales team member as an expert client advisor

    Qualifications:

    • Degree with Security Sales focus
