COMPANY DESCRIPTION:Our client is within the fashion accessories / retail sector and is seeking a dedicated and goal orientated In-House Sales Representative to join their dynamic team.

This position will report directly to the National Sales & Merchandising Manager.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using Excel spreadsheets
  • Review photographs related to customer orders to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Maintain organized records of customer orders and interactions
  • Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
  • Provide feedback to the sales manager regarding customer preferences, market trends, and potential opportunities for improvement

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:


  • Grade 1
  • Related tertiary qualification will be beneficial

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service
  • Experience in FMCG is a plus but not require
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with the ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team
