- Red Seal trade certification as a Millwright
- Proven experience in working with roll forming and lipped channel machines , at least 5 years
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Safety-conscious and committed to following all safety protocols
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on roll forming and lipped channel machines to ensure their optimal operation
- Diagnose and repair any mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic issues that may arise
- Conduct preventive maintenance to prevent breakdowns and downtime
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Install, align, and adjust new machines and equipment
- Document all maintenance and repair activities, including parts used and work performed
- Comply with safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
