    Our organization is hiring for a success client associate to join our team.

    Responsibilities:
    Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and business acumen across multiple customers, connecting trends and themes as you go
    Provide first and second level support of our customers
    Managing end-to-end basic product/service renewal sales process via phone and email
    Administratively focused and highly goal-oriented with renewal sales targets based on task or activity
    Effectively partner with internal and external clients, will make a minimum of 50+ customer contacts per day
    Build long-lasting partnerships with Sales Reps, Operations Services, and management to improve systems and processes
    Increased Adoption – Increase adoption of functionality and usage consistent with the company Account Plan and in line with the customer Programme
    Manage KPI's to ensure both customer and department performance
    Respond to high volume of email requests, phone calls, live chats and provide in-person tradeshow and market support
    Track all milestones related to implementation and post-implementation adoption activities such that the overall success of the customer's initiative can be closely monitored including visibility to the executive sponsors


    Core Skills and Requirements:
    Unquestionable personal integrity and work ethic
    Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision
    Able to pass a drug check and background investigation
    Able to work rotating shifts including graveyard or swing, including weekends and holidays, on a regular basis
    Able to sit and stand for long periods of time
    Able to type at a keyboard, use a mouse, focus on a computer monitor for long periods of time without causing or exacerbating any injury or medical condition
