Salary:
Market related basic salary + commission + benefits
Description:
Your main function is to assist in whatever manner necessary to maintain the smooth operation of the business while providing an excellent standard of customer service and create profits for the stakeholders.
Further duties will include motivating and management of your team to achieve set labour sales targets and customer service targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years working experience as Service Manager at a franchise dealership (large dealer) using relevant motor trade related software and OEM interaction.
- Specific brand experience required
- Minimum Senior Certificate but Tertiary qualification preferred
- Clear criminal and credit record
- Ability and experience to handle a stressful environment and keeping customer service focused.
- Ability to lead and manage technical and administrative teams
- Ability to achieve labour sales and customer service targets
