    Degree or Diploma in Marketing or a related discipline.

    Duties and Responsibilities
    • Oversee and synchronize all marketing, advertising, and promotional initiatives within the marketing division.
    • Craft the marketing budget and strategy aligned with organizational goals.
    • Develop and manage strategic marketing aims, ensuring they are achieved within the confines of the annual marketing budget.
    • Evaluate customer insights, prevailing market conditions, and competitor data.
    • Direct and supervise the conceptual creation and execution of all media types (online, print, digital, email, and event-based campaigns).
    • Implement successful marketing initiatives and take ownership of their execution from conception to completion.
    • Deliver marketing tracking, analysis, and summarization of data and trends.
    • Create valuable and engaging content for company websites and communication platforms that attract and convert target demographics.
    • Establish strategic partnerships and collaborate with key industry stakeholders, agencies, and vendors.
    • Accountable for overall brand stewardship and corporate identity across various company brands.
    • Enhance lead generation campaigns in conjunction with sales efforts.
    • Collaborate with department leaders to design sales-driven marketing campaigns and internal/external incentives.
    • Supervise direct communication and coordination with suppliers and clients.
    • Work closely with various departmental heads and branch managers to ensure consistency in online and branch promotions.
    • Collaborate with web developers and IT for the daily management, functionality, and growth of the E-commerce platform.
    Experience Required
    A minimum of 2 years in a comparable position.
