Description

Our client in Paarl, a successful Retail Store offering installation and repair services as well is looking for an innovative and dynamic Store Manager.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Staff

Manage all staff members
Work hours (arrival, late)
Weekend work schedule
Leave and sick leave
Discipline and disciplinary actions
Training
Incentives and motivation
Manage shop attendant and general workers
Ensure the shop is clean and tidy

Inventory management

Stock order
Replenishment
Suppliers
Stock take
Cash management
Float
Maintenance of purification system
Saturday morning shift every three weeks.

Operational

Manage driver, technician and assistants
Arrival, late, leave, discipline, payroll hours
Ensure water deliveries, services and installations are scheduled optimally
Ensure schedule is executed efficiently
Ensure bottle pool is optimally managed.
Assist with installations, inspection and servicing of purification systems.
Vehicle maintenance
Fuel, clean, schedule services, minor repairs

Sales

Generate new sales
Corporate and developments
Manage larger projects and technical quotes
Assist other staff with quotation and sales
Negotiate contracts, contract renewals and amendments/alterations to existing contracts.
