    Description

    Our company is looking for an Equity Recruitment Business Partner as we are expanding locally and abroad.

    Requirements:

    • Matric
    • Degree / Diploma in HR will be an advantage.
    • 5 - 8 years proven managerial track record in the recruitment industry, have insight in the latest trends, headhunting techniques and technology.

    Duties:

    • You will assist the current Managing Director with strategic and operational matters inclusive of business development both in terms of clients and quality candidates.
    • We have an extensive database providing referrals, leads and quality candidates for marketing purposes.
    • You will be instrumental in creating specialist divisions and tapping into the database as a source that can be utilized.

    Remuneration:

    • The percentage of equity shareholding can be negotiated and for these purposes you need equity of between R1m - R3m.
