Specific Knowledge requirements:

Current Mining industry best practice.
Project management methodologies such as Agile and Prince II would be advantageous to map change management initiatives accordingly.
Relevant management and business change techniques such as business process modelling and reengineering, training techniques.
Change Management principles, methodologies and tools; experience with Prosci ADKAR Model is a must.
Provide Thought Leadership and establish the Change Management Approach.
Develop appropriate Change Management and Communication Strategies and Plans (plans to include a variety of communication channels to create awareness).
Assess the change impact and complete change management assessments (CIAs) as required.
Develop a Stakeholder Engagement Plan.
Manage and coach Project Change Managers.
Coach project teams, managers and supervisors on the importance of Change management.
Identify, analyse, prepare risk mitigation tactics with respect to Change Management.
Identify and manage anticipated resistance through the development of a Resistance Management Plan.
Manage the Change Management Community of Practice.
Prepare affected business areas and staff for transition to new ways of working and ensure user readiness whilst preparing for post golive user experience workshops.
Support communications.
Manage stakeholders.
Track and report on adoption rate.
Upload change management documents (incorporating version control) onto shared Team folder.
Manage the PMO Info Hub and Teams Site.
