    New Vehicle Sales Manager

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a New Vehicle Sales Manager. If you have a proven track record of success in automotive sales management, we want to hear from you.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead and inspire the new car sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
    • Achieve maximum first and second gross profits.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
    • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
    • Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
    • Ensure a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and individual growth.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and repeat business.
    • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives.
    • Network, promote, and ensure activities are in line with focus on retailing new cars.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and industry regulations.
    • Monitor stock levels and ensure optimized stock levels and turnover.
    • Initiate and close deals.
    • Ensure all necessary documentation is accurately completed.

    Requirements

    • Matric (Grade 12)
    • At least 5 years of experience in Automotive Car Sales Management at a franchise dealership.
    • Proven sales track record, including 3 months' commission sheets/payslips.
    • Self-driven and target-oriented.
    • Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong deal-building and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, Evolve, Kerridge, and Drive.
    • Valid driver's license.
    • Residency in the Pretoria region.

    What We Offer

    We offer a competitive salary of R450,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
