    Description

    Business Process Analyst Role

    We seek a dynamic and results-driven Business Process Analyst to join our Risk and Project Operations Department.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing business projects and operations that align with our business strategy, conducting business and project analysis, providing improvement suggestions, and designing processes and operations.

    This role requires passion for continuous process improvement and enhancement of quality and consistency of business processes and methods, exceptional communication skills, high emotional intelligence, strong organizational skills, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Understand end-to-end processes related to the business area to identify bottlenecks, risks, and provide evidence-based improvement recommendations.
    • Analyze, assess, optimize, document, implement, and test end-to-end enterprise business processes.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to build a holistic view of our organization's strategy, processes, information, and IT assets.
    • Develop business cases to support new process improvement initiatives and monitor and report post-implementation benefits (financial and non-financial).
    • Pursue continuous process improvement and enhancement of quality and consistency of business processes and methods.
    • Integrate business needs, capabilities, technology, and processes efficiently and effectively.
    • Scope, size, and plan all business aspects of a solution and associated project effort and dependencies.
    • Evaluate emerging business best practices and technological developments to automate and streamline processes, enhancing business efficiency.
    • Communicate with operations and project heads, risk department, and finance personnel to ensure business operations are closely monitored and potential risks are mitigated.

    Desired Experience and Qualifications

    • Research skills and methodologies.
    • High conscientiousness and exceptional analytical abilities.
    • Able to manage multiple requests while being deadline-oriented.
    • Experience with Business Rules Engines (Business Rules Processing).
    • Business Intelligence, Analytics, and Reporting expertise.
    • Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Strong leadership skills.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
    • At least 3 – 5 years of proven work experience strictly in process engineering.
    • Experience working in emerging markets.

    • Lean and Six Sigma methods and techniques expertise.
    • Financial services industry experience.
    • In-depth understanding of Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN).
    • Experience with Agile methodologies and hybrid approaches.
    • Experience with Business Process Management Initiative rollout and implementation.
    • Experience with strategic and business transformation initiatives.
    • Clear understanding of different process frameworks.
