    Job Title: Senior Training Director

    About the Role:

    We are seeking an experienced senior-level training professional to lead our training academy. The successful candidate will develop and implement a strategic plan aligned with company goals, collaborate with department heads to identify training needs, and design a multi-tiered training curriculum tailored to the pharmaceutical industry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Leadership:
      • Develop and implement a strategic plan for the training academy
      • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs
    • Curriculum Development:
      • Design and oversee a multi-tiered training curriculum
      • Incorporate modern, innovative learning solutions into training content
    • Training Delivery:
      • Facilitate impactful training sessions and workshops
      • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and business impact metrics
    • Stakeholder and Resource Management:
      • Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders
      • Manage training resources effectively

    Requirements:

    • Education:
      • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or related field (Masters preferred)
    • Experience:
      • Proven senior-level training experience in the pharmaceutical industry
      • Strong background in sales, marketing, and leadership development training
      • Familiarity with modern training methods, including e-learning and blended learning
    • Skill & Attributes:
      • Leadership and people management skills
      • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
      • Analytical and decision-making expertise

    Working Conditions:
