    Junior Traffic Assistant

    The Junior Traffic Assistant plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of marketing and advertising campaigns undertaken on behalf of clients.

    This position entails managing workflows, production processes, and studio schedules to guarantee timely delivery of projects within budget constraints.

    Key responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date studio schedules, keeping all departments informed about project status, and dispatching workloads effectively.

    To excel in this role, the incumbent must possess excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and emotional intelligence.

    Requirements:

    • 0-2 Years of Digital Agency/Department experience
    • Strong planning and organising skills
    • Demonstrated level of attention to detail
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Afrikaans
    • Emotional Intelligence characteristics including people management, establishing good working relationships, managing pressure and stress, and open communication between Departments
    • Above average skills in Microsoft Office and Chase Suite
    • Ability to correctly use project management software

    Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per annum
