Production Manager FMCG / Food & Bev /Agri ~ Manufacturing

Johannesburg East, Johannesburg - Gauteng - South Africa

Work in conjunction with the Regional Operations Manager to guarantee order fulfilment in line with customer requirements, cost, quality and time parameters.

You will be required to enable the achievement of Production targets, within the area of responsibility, by effectively managing production activities and ensuring adherence to an operational and financial framework of practices, processes, standards and controls.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's Degree (3 years) / NQF level 7 (Essential)
Up to 6 years experience at a supervisory level
FMCG/Foof/Bev sector experience essential
SAP ERP expertise
MS Excel; MS Word; MS PowerPoint
Ability to communicate and gain team commitment to a vision of what is to be achieved
Ability to prioritise activities and resources, ensuring that results are achieved effectively
Ability to interpret complex information to express own viewpoint in verbal communication
Ability to evaluate progress and make appropriate adjustments ensuring a successful outcome
Proactively seeks out resources, alliances, etc., needed to quickly introduce improvements
