    Job Responsibilities:

    • Develop Strategy, Innovation, and In-Store Experience (IBE) for key brands.
    • Partner with insights to leverage people-centricity and trends.
    • Define Brand Promise, Strategy, and Long-Term Growth Plan, including 4Ps, innovation, and communication.
    • Develop focused innovation roadmaps based on brand/hub strategic needs and commercial requirements.
    • Develop specific innovations for all elements of the bundle, partnering with R&D Technology, Supply Chain, Packaging & Design.
    • Develop IBE by partnering with advertising agencies and collaborating with other divisions.

    Skills and Proficiencies:

    The ideal candidate should be proficient in being strategic and analytical, challenging group think, creative, dealing with ambiguity, leading cross-functional teams, having a growth mindset, people-centricity, being up-to-date with digital and design trends.

    Required Qualification:

    • 10+ years of experience in FMCG marketing, including brand strategy, portfolio management, communication development, and commercial growth plans.
    • 4-5+ years of demonstrated capability in end-to-end innovation development.
    • Full understanding of the innovation process from insight scouting to concept writing and testing, to full bundle development and go-to-market with commercial teams.
    • Management of cross-functional teams to deliver.
    • Experience in Design thinking and agile innovation development.
