We are looking for Call center/ Debt Collector AgentsDuties:
- Work on Pastel Partner and Quick Easy
- Making followup calls to debtors and creditors
- Keeping records of payments and outstanding debts
- Identifying which accounts are overdue and managing collections
- Contacting companies or people owing money and helping them with legal problems
- Reporting back to management on the status of debts and collections
Skills:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent data entry and numerical accuracy
2-3 years experience
Job Types:
Part-time, Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
Salary:
R6 000,00 - R8 000,00 per month
Expected hours:
No less than 40 per week
Education:
- Certificate (required)
Experience:
- Call center/ Debt collecting: 2 years (required)
