Description

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Address employee grievances, provide counselling and guidance to staff, and assist with the disciplinary process, where appropriate.
  • Advising management and staff on labour relations issues, and partnering with Operations to effectively manage and resolve misconduct, poor performance, etc.
  • Stay abreast of all labour legislation and evolving needs of the employer and its employees;
  • Driving the recruitment strategy and process and partnering with hiring managers and the recruitment team to ensure quality placements.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all human resourcesrelated information.
  • Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
  • No experience required
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Strong Leadership ability;
  • Ability to delegate and manage down effectively;
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills;
  • High attention to detail and process driven;
  • Ability to interpret statistical information;
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of management, external customers and thirdparty service providers;
  • Selfmotivated and deadline oriented;
  • Ability to multitask
