RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Address employee grievances, provide counselling and guidance to staff, and assist with the disciplinary process, where appropriate.
Advising management and staff on labour relations issues, and partnering with Operations to effectively manage and resolve misconduct, poor performance, etc.
Stay abreast of all labour legislation and evolving needs of the employer and its employees;
Driving the recruitment strategy and process and partnering with hiring managers and the recruitment team to ensure quality placements.
Maintain confidentiality of all human resourcesrelated information.
Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
No experience required
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Strong Leadership ability;
Ability to delegate and manage down effectively;
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills;
High attention to detail and process driven;
Ability to interpret statistical information;
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of management, external customers and thirdparty service providers;
Selfmotivated and deadline oriented;
Ability to multitask
