    Description

    Experienced sales professional required to handle customer inquiries, process orders, and maintain sales records in a fast-paced environment.

    As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

    • Handling inbound sales queries and orders
    • Assisting customers face-to-face, telephonically, and via email
    • Verifying orders and capturing customer information
    • Providing quotes to existing and potential clients
    • Informing clients of stock availability and lead times
    • Accurate invoicing and analysing sales reports
    • Expediting orders through internal liaison
    • Maintaining sales and customer records

    Requirements:

    • Matric/Grade 12 certificate
    • 2-3 years experience in a similar role
    • Extensive computer literacy skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Organised, attention to detail, and pro-active attitude
    • Good telephone and email etiquette
    • Ability to understand the FMCG trade
