THE ROLE
Business Development Consultants are committed, driven, results oriented advisers who are able to work on their own as well as in a team environment

Business Development Consultants advise primarily on motor and household domestic insurance.

Business Development Consultants who are TARGET DRIVEN

You will engage with clients face to face

You will be required to source your own leads

  • A strong Lead generation in short term insurance required
Strong sales abilities & must be customer service orientated

  • Very strong communicator
  • Must be prepared and willing to travel to client sites for meetings

SALARY
Starting Basic R plus uncapped commission No descaling Basic is fixed

Will increase to R after 6 months plus UNCAPPED Commission (Excellent Commission structure

Plus, Pension Fund and Incentives (Every third month)

Plus 13th Cheque


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Matric/Grade 12:
  • RE 5 FAIS Regulatory examination for Representatives
  • FAIS Credits (min 30 credits in short term insurance if date of first appointment is before 2010); or if date of first appointment is on or after 01/01/2010, a full recognised qualification as per the FSCA qualification list.

EXPERIENCE

  • 2 years' experience sourcing own leads (prospecting/cold calling)
- a proven track record in a client facing face-to-face sales role

  • Minimum of 3 years personal lines sales experience in the shortterm insurance space.


  • MUST HAVE

  • Own vehicle and license

Salary:
R15, R20,000.00 per month
