- Advanced SQL Queries: Create and optimize advanced SQL queries for efficient data retrieval, manipulation, and reporting, aligning with industry best practices.
- User Liaison: Liaise with end-users and stakeholders on ad-hoc requirements, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Reporting and Dashboards: Create reporting dashboards and value-adding cases, providing actionable insights to drive business decisions.
- Process Automation: Automate manual business and BI processes, improving efficiency and reducing manual errors.
- Task Management: Manage tasks and self-organization on a KANBAN board and online log tracking software, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
- Junior Developer Support: Assist junior developers with SQL/DAX code optimization and quality control, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications: Microsoft certifications in Business Intelligence and/or Data Engineering are advantageous.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience as a Microsoft SQL Developer, with expertise in SSIS (ETL Development), SSAS (Data Cube Mining), SSRS (Report Development), and Power BI (Data Visualizations).
- Microsoft Azure: Experience with Microsoft Azure is advantageous.
- Cloudera and SAP HANNA: Experience with Cloudera and SAP HANNA is advantageous.
