JD Specialized Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of an award winning 5* property in the KNP for a PASTRY CDP to join their Team.
Requirements:
- Formal culinary qualification
- A minimum of 2 years cooking experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie in an internationally recognized property with exceptionally high standards
- Understanding of kitchen procedures and timing requirements
- Knowledge of safety procedures & use of fire equipment.
- First Aid
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure.
