Responsibilities:

Lead and develop the UX research team, overseeing and guiding researchers to ensure methodologies align with the client's vision and project objectives.
Cultivate and sustain relationships with stakeholders, working closely with them to align research goals with business needs.
Shape the overarching research strategy, with a focus on immediate impact within research teams and crossfunctional projects.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate research findings into the design and development process.
