Are you a seasoned expert in Oracle Cloud HCM? We're looking for a highly skilled Principal Oracle HCM Consultant to join our client in Johannesburg.

If you have a proven track record in implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM products and possess deep functional knowledge, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate enabling technologies and optimise business processes.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship for successful implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM products.
Support projects from scoping to post golive activities.

Requirements:

Oracle Cloud Human Resources
Human Capital Management
Talent Management
Core HR
Extensive experience in Oracle Cloud HCM and deep functional knowledge
Proven success in implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM products
