About the Role:

Ensure the accuracy of the Organizations Cash Accounts by performing daily reconciliations.

Work with the Association's Global Business Services (GBS) team and IT to resolve issues, meet month end deadlines, and support business transformation.

Record monthly journal entries and monthly balance sheet reconciliations for bank activity, card activity and investments. You will report to Manager - Cash


You Will:


  • Responsible for daily reconciliation multiple bank accounts using Oracle Cash Management and work with the global finance team to investigate and resolve any variances and unreconciled items and efficient way.
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries for multiple accounts
  • Reconcile daily credit card activities, partnering with IT and Accounts receivables, to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Help with process improvements to automate daily reconciliation of bank activity, with partnership and support from Treasury team.
  • Raise POs for banking fees and perform P&L reconciliations for bank fees.
  • Help update relevant procedures and responding to auditor's information requests promptly.
  • Help with technology projects, providing input, performing testing and escalating issues to management.

You Have:


  • Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of Oracle
  • Understanding of Treasury (Banking)
  • Part qualified, and studying towards, the full CIMA qualification (preferred)
