Our client, based in the
United Kingdom, is in the
property management industry and they are looking to hire a
Marketing Assistant to join their team
remotely from the Cape Winelands as soon as possible.


Job Overview:


Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Assistant is responsible for managing all the daily activities of and providing sound administrative support to the Business Development Team.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist the Business Development Team with their daytoday activities.
  • Cold Calling.
  • Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships.
  • Help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns.
  • Support the marketing team in delivering agreed activities.
  • Work closely with the Business Development Team and inhouse departments to collect information, design marketing materials such as brochures and tenders on Canva.
  • Proofread material.
  • Produce creative content, including posts/stories/news updates, assist in running social media channels (e.g. Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn) to enhance audience engagement.
  • Assist the marketing team to source and secure new leads, contact existing leads.
  • Liaise with property developers and freeholders/leaseholders and organise meetings.
  • Create, update and maintain customer databases and prepare weekly or monthly reports for management.
  • Conduct market research, for example using customer questionnaires, monitor competitors' activity.
  • Assist with managing our online reviews.

Requirements:


  • Relevant
    Marketing qualification and a minimum of
    2 years' experience essential
  • Solid interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work on cross
- functional teams.

  • Results driven strives to make a difference; enjoys a challenge and working under pressure to achieve the objectives.
  • Telephonic Skills
  • An individual who is eager to learn about the UK Property Legislation
  • Ability to meet up with the team for a working session (+/ 2 times a month)
This position is
remote and is
full time, Monday-Friday.

Working hours: 10:00-19:00 SA time to accommodate current UK working hours, will become 09:00-18:00 when daylight savings discontinues in 2024
