Dean Institutional Planning and Quality Assurance (JB2819)

Aligned to the group vision and product strategy, the Dean of Institutional Planning and Quality Assurance provides leadership on institutional research and planning, compliance, regulation and accreditation and is accountable for the preparation of new product submissions and accreditation.
The Dean promotes integrated quality assurance and enhancement for the group through policy, and the development of an institutional plan for each brand and site in the HET and TVEDT spaces while ensuring regulatory compliance regarding registration and accreditation of each programme and site.
Educational Requirements:
PHD preferred, Min of master's degree required.
10-15 years' experience high higher education
Experience within a management role
Experience in formulating policy, developing and implementing new strategies and procedures
Experience in the identification, design, development, and accreditation of new programmes
Experience in promoting scholarship and research agenda.
Skill in creation of quality assurance plans and implementation thereof
Knowledge of education and training legislature framework
Risk management, communication and business acumen skills

Qualifications:
