An exciting opportunity has arisen for a
Maintenance Planner at
I&J, Cape Town Fishing, Waterfront, Cape Town. The purpose of this role is to establish, maintain and improve the Maintenance Planning and scheduling business flow process.

Job Specification:


Key Performance Areas:


  • Upkeep of the SAP PM Master Data
  • Custodian of the SAP PM KPI
  • Training of New Procedures or Changes that Occur in the SAP PM Module
  • Maintain Vessel TA Revisions
  • Compiling Daily, Weekly and Monthly Maintenance Reports as Required

Minimum Requirements:


Experience:


  • Minimum 3 years' Administrative experience within an Engineering or similar environment
  • Minimum 3 years' working experience as a Maintenance Planner, working on a CMMS or similar

Qualifications:


  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Relevant tertiary qualification or studying towards one will be advantageous

Additional Requirements:


  • Experience working with a Computerized Maintenance Management Systems eg SAP Plant Maintenance
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office ( especially Excel, MS Projects and Outlook)
  • Understanding of basic financial concepts, such as estimating and budgeting
  • Knowledge of Maintenance Planning Principles
