Key Duties for 2 Hotels:
Oversee Accounts Payable
Performs an audit of the daily/night audit and process daily sales journal
Cashbook Reconciliations
Assist with daily cash-, credit card reconciliations and petty cash claims
Ensure stock sheets balance to General Ledger entries
Maintains filing systems
Prepares all necessary period end closing reports
Assist in Reconciliation of Balance Sheet accounts on a monthly basis
Assist in Budget preparation annually
Assist with Audits
Assit Financial Manager with any queries
Requirements:
Must have at least 3-5 years experience in Finance - Hospitality
After school qualification in Finance
Excellent knowledge of Pastel Accounting
Excellent knowledge of Excel (no exception)
Able to work under pressure with attentive to detail and excellent time management
Clear ITC and criminal records
Contactable recent references
