Job summary

The Client Success Administrator supports the Client Success team by managing documentation coordinating schedules tracking progress and assisting with communication internally and externally This role requires strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities & Duties Include

Manage diaries for your Manager/Leader Follow up on meetings actions tickets Meeting reports to Client Success Team Ticket reports to Client Success Team Update communication notes meetings in the system Maintain Client Success documentation including reports minutes Perform various administrative tasks support the Client Success team with ad hoc duties as needed Ensure smooth day-to-day operations assist with general office administration Any reasonable lawful instruction of your Manager/ Leader

Skills And Qualifications

    Strong organisational skills:The ability to manage multiple tasks projects effectively.
  • The ability to communicate effectively both internal external stakeholders
  • Understanding of project management principles methodologies
  • Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite Including Word Excel PowerPoint Previous experience software solutions like CRM tracking systems Zendesk Salesforce Zoho MS Dynamics Ability work independently part team Take initiative also collaborate others Experience software implementation related field plus While not always required experience industry beneficial
