Description

Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced
OPERATIONS MANAGER for a luxury camp situated outside of Phalaborwa in a Private Game reserve, to oversee the day to day operations of the property.


Requirements:


  • Minimum of 4 year previous experience in safari lodge environment
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in similar position
  • Strong maintenance skills are required ( Plumbing, Electrical, pumps, solar etc)
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong Leadership Skills
  • Ability to coordinate and schedule staff as required
  • Valid drivers License and own transport

Salary:
R Depending on individual experience
