**Retail Store Manager**
**Lead a team of passionate associates to maximize store sales, maintain stock loss benchmark, and manage store administration.**
* Promote sales and achieve business targets through effective management of stock and expenses.
* Utilize store resources to maintain productivity and ensure a thorough knowledge of stock and management policies.
* Act as custodian of company policies and procedures, ensuring standards are met.
* Assume accountability for staff management and training, maintaining a respectful and professional work environment.
* Ensure above-average customer service and monitor store cleanliness and hygiene to meet company standards.
* Matric / Grade 12, Mathematics an advantage.
* 2 years' experience in a Retail Store Management or Assistant Store Manager role, preferably in a similar retail environment.
* Excellent business English, both verbal and written.
