    Key Qualifications:
    • Educational Background: A technical degree in Control Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related discipline is preferred, though not mandatory.
    • Driving Requirements: A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are essential for this position.
    • Travel Expectations: Willingness to travel extensively within the designated region is a must.
    • Experience: Proven track record in sales and product management roles, particularly within the industrial or manufacturing sectors, such as oil and gas, petrochemical, sugar production, or energy generation.
    • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of regional market dynamics, including customer profiles, competitive landscape, and industry trends in the Instrumentation & Valve sector.

    Core Responsibilities:
    • Organize and plan daily activities related to customer engagements, promotional events, and inventory management.
    • Follow a structured Monthly Plan that outlines customer interactions, promotional activities, and other relevant events.
    • Document visits in detail, including market insights, potential applications, and sales activities.
    • Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and market presence.
    • Work collaboratively with the marketing team to design impactful marketing campaigns, materials, and digital content.
    • Engage in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to showcase our products and services.
    • Oversee the vendor onboarding process, including pre-qualification, technical assessments, and negotiations.
    • Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
    • Formulate and implement effective sales strategies and plans aligned with company goals and budgetary targets.
    • Identify opportunities for business growth, market entry, and revenue enhancement.
    • Proactively seek new business opportunities through lead generation and networking efforts.
    • Manage the complete product life cycle, including selection, pricing, positioning, and promotion.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and address any technical or operational challenges.
    • Act as the primary liaison between our manufacturing entity and the distributor's office.
