We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing debtors and creditors accounts using Xero Accounting software, performing general office administration tasks, preparing and maintaining monthly payment schedules, conducting data capturing, ensuring accurate record-keeping, organizing and managing filing systems, processing invoices, and assisting with various administrative duties as needed.
