Property Finance Sales Consultant (Financial Services)

Location

Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal**A large
financial services group is seeking the expertise of a
Property Finance Sales Consultant.


As an experienced
Property Finance Sales Consultant, one will be responsible to actively
prospect potential home loan clients, through
lead providers
(agents and originators) and through
personal marketing and
people engagement
opportunities.

One will be using the appropriate
needs analysis based selling techniques, either _switch clients from other financial institutions or to offer them a new home finance packages_ that is tailor made and accompanied by the firm's amazing service.


Key Responsibilities

:

- _Source potential clients._
- _Identify needs._
- _Match relevant product package to relevant need._
- _Explain the LOA (Final Grant) and close the deal._
- _Maintain customer contact and follow-up._
- _Applications capture and file construction._


Qualifications and Experience**:


  • A
    completed Matric qualification.

Minimum of 3 years (external / hunting) Financial Sales / Home loan sales / Property Sales experience**:


  • Stable career track record will be required.
  • One must have a
    clear credit and criminal record.

Minimum 2 years proven track record in
external sales/ hunting sales role (sales leagues / rankings; records, and achievements)

  • Must have operated in an environment that requires
    proactive prospecting (a hunter). Must have worked in a
    pressurised sales environment

  • Exceptionally
    strong admin skill set
